These are the principles that we work with. They keep us focussed and give shape to our work. It is these principles that create the basic training ground. The principles themselves become the tools with which we use in our daily lives. When we are reminded of these principles we open the way for new good things to come to us. When we share our journey with others it serves to empower ourselves & others to create a life that we truly deserve. As with any training you can take this to any level you want; from a basic level to more advanced levels.


  • Life is exactly as it is meant to be in any given moment.


  • If we can allow ourselves to be in the slipstream of life rather than feeling that we have to battle or struggle against life to get what we want, then we have far greater potential to fulfil our goals and desires.

  • Any pain, be it physical, mental, emotional or spiritual is always healing in motion.

  • The more we learn to trust in life, the more abundant and enriched our experience will become.

  • There are two fundamental movements in life – expansion and contraction.

  • There are two fundamental positions in life from which we take action – inspiration and fear.
